In December of 2021, my husband and I sold my home in Maine and moved into an RV full time. As we set out on our adventure I challenged myself to do a drawing of something I had seen in the natural world every day in 2022.
I started sharing my entries on my personal Facebook page in an effort to hold myself accountable to my pledge to do this daily. Eventually, folks began to ask me to make them available to those not on my friends list. That is what led me to load the entries on this blog.
I use mostly watercolor pencils, with other pens and markers added. I am not an artist, but drawing something requires that you pay attention to the details and this helps me learn more about each thing that I draw.
After that final drawing in 2022, I continue to add entries…just not every day.
